Wing Tsun is at the forefront of modern self defence. Developed over 250 years in China, the aim was to create a system that would work with and not against the power of the attacker. Knowledge of connecting regular physical exercise with fitness as well as mental strength was collected over hundreds of years in ancient China.
Wing Tsun : History
Grandmaster Yip Man was the last to teach only Chinese students, also known for being the teacher of Bruce Lee. Yip Man’s last master student Leung Ting and his head student Keith R. Kernspecht have updated this martial art and now hundreds of thousands learn Wing Tsun in over 60 countries.
